If you are called into a meeting

You have the right to union representation. Ask if discipline could result and request a steward before the meeting begins.
If you’ve been disciplined

Contact a steward or the President as soon as possible. Keep any letters or emails you receive.
If there’s a health & safety concern

Talk to your steward and your Health & Safety rep. You have the right to refuse unsafe work in specific situations.
